Using Sponggy

Sponggy is a household planning tool. You are responsible for the rooms, chores, schedules, and other content you enter, and for using the app safely. Do not rely on Sponggy for emergency, health, or safety-critical reminders.

Acceptable use

You may use Sponggy for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the app improves. The service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Sponggy is not liable for indirect losses caused by relying on household schedules or reminders.

Purchases and termination

If paid features are offered, purchases, subscription management, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms shown at purchase. You may stop using Sponggy at any time and can delete your account from Settings → Account & data. Shared-home content may remain available to another active member after your profile and attribution are removed.
